We create custom jewel appliques and details for apparel, leather goods, footwear and fashion accessories, combining metal elements, rhinestone chains, stones and decorative work.
We specialise in working and soldering rhinestone chains, which we use to develop luminous elements, appliques, inserts and three-dimensional details, also in combination with custom-made metal components.
Each element is designed around its final application: it can be hung, threaded, sewn, clipped on or integrated directly into the product, with its shape, proportions, weight, fastening system and finish defined accordingly.
We start from the design studio’s drawing, a 3D file, a photograph, a moodboard, a symbol, a logo or even just an idea.

Bespoke jewel details
Every collection calls for different solutions. That is why we develop custom jewel appliques and details through three levels of intervention.
From our sample collection
We start from one of our proposals and customise its size, finishes, colours, decorative elements or application system.
From one of our bases
We start from an existing element and reinterpret it according to the mood of the collection, working on shape, proportions, rhinestone chains, stones, metal components and fastening methods.
From an original design
We develop the element from scratch, starting from a sketch, a technical drawing, a 3D file, a photograph, a moodboard, a logo, a symbol or simply an idea, through to prototyping and approval before production.

How a jewel detail is made
Briefing
Every project begins with a dialogue with the design studio. We start from our seasonal sample collection or from material provided by the client: drawings, moodboards, 3D files, photographs, aesthetic references or simply an idea.
We define the intended use and the desired result, assessing from the outset materials, proportions, processes, application methods and production solutions.
Development and feasibility
Our design studio and technical department work together to turn the idea into a concrete solution.
We assess shape, weight, movement, soldering points, the arrangement of rhinestone chains and stones, clip-on or fastening systems and compatibility with the final product.
When necessary, we propose alternative solutions that preserve the mood and aesthetic identity of the project, while making it functional and producible.
Prototype
We produce the first sample to concretely check proportions, brilliance, movement, weight and how it looks on the final application.
It is at this stage that we work directly on the construction of the element, adjusting the arrangement of stones, rhinestone chains, metal components and fastening systems until the desired result is achieved.
Finishes and sampling
Metal, plating, stones and rhinestone chains are coordinated to achieve the aesthetic result envisaged by the project.
Alongside our own proposals, we develop finishes and combinations to specification, in compliance with the client’s technical and aesthetic requirements.
Once approved, the sample becomes the reference for subsequent production.
Production
Once the sample is approved, we start production using as reference the construction, materials, finishes and specifications defined during sampling.
Particular attention is paid to the regularity of soldering, the arrangement of decorative elements, the security of fastening systems and the uniformity of the final result.

What kind of jewel appliques can you make?
We develop elements for apparel, leather goods, footwear, costume jewellery and fashion accessories. They can be pendants, charms, sew-on or clip-on appliques, elements for laces, decorative inserts or components developed specifically for the client’s product.
Do you also work with rhinestone chains and stones?
Yes. Working and soldering rhinestone chains is one of our specialisations. We can use them on their own or combine them with stones, decorative elements and metal components to develop custom appliques.
Can you develop an accessory starting from just an idea or a moodboard?
Yes. There is no need to start from a technical drawing. Our in-house design studio can work from a sketch, a photograph, a moodboard, a logo, a symbol or simply an idea, supporting the client in the creative and technical development all the way to the prototype.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We do not apply a standard minimum quantity to all projects. Quantities and conditions are assessed according to the item, the processes involved and the production process. We handle both sampling and production runs, defining the most suitable solution for each client’s needs on a case-by-case basis.
What are the lead times for prototyping and sampling?
Lead times are defined according to the characteristics of the project and the processes required. Managing many production stages in-house allows us to be particularly fast in producing samples. For more complex work, lead times are agreed according to the technical steps involved.
How are clients' projects protected?
Confidentiality is an integral part of how we work. We routinely operate under non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and, when requested, sign the client’s NDA before receiving any project material. Drawings, models, moulds and files developed to order remain confidential and are never used for other clients or included in our sample collections.
Do you produce plating finishes to specification?
Yes. In addition to our standard finishes, we develop custom plating finishes to the client’s specifications. The approved sample becomes the reference for subsequent production.
Can you develop several coordinated appliques for the same collection?
Yes. We can apply the same aesthetic language to different appliques, maintaining consistency in design, materials, stones, rhinestone chains and finishes.
